3 years agoChicago White Sox manager Tony La Russa said catcher Yasmani Grandal's (knee) return is "imminent." He was ruled out for the series against the Toronto Blue Jays, which concludes on Thursday, but is expected to return to the lineup soon. The 32-year-old slashed 321/.394/.464 with a home run, a double, four runs, and three RBI during nine rehab assignments with Double-A Birmingham and Triple-A Charlotte. Fantasy managers should look to add Grandal off the waiver wire if he was dropped after his injury.
