Kadarius Toney Not Expected To Play Sunday
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Kadarius Toney (undisclosed) is not expected to play in the preseason finale Sunday against the New England Patriots. The rookie wideout continues to work on the sidelines and will have missed all three games this preseason. It's been a rough start for the 22-year-old, who missed the start of training camp after testing positive for COVID-19 and has missed valuable reps due to an "undisclosed soft tissue" injury. The Giants reportedly have been holding out Toney due to lingering COVID-19 issues. Toney has an ADP of 306 in FFPC Leagues; he has a ton of upside but is not expected to have a significant role in the Giants offense in 2021 with a crowded receiver group including Kenny Golladay, Darius Slayton, and Sterling Shepard.
