3 years agoCincinnati Reds left-hander Wade Miley struggled in a 6-5 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday. Miley went 4 1/3 innings, allowing six runs (five earned) while striking out one and walking two. He took the loss, dropping his record to 12-6, to go along with a 3.09 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, and 123 strikeouts over 160 innings of work. Miley has been excellent for much of the season but he's showing some signs of wearing down, having allowed five or more earned runs in three of his past seven starts. He will look to right the ship next time out when he faces the Los Angeles Dodgers. Miley will not be a recommended fantasy start for that contest.--Matt T - RotoBaller
