3 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Castellanos went 3-for-5 with a double, two runs, and three RBI in a 9-5 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday. Castellanos got the scoring started for the Reds by ripping a two-run double in the third inning. He later added an RBI single in the eighth. The veteran outfielder is putting the finishing touches on a career year, hitting .313 with 37 doubles, 29 homers, 88 runs, 86 RBI, and two steals over 496 at-bats.
