Marvin Jones Jr. - Week 9 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. is a mediocre WR4 option against the Buffalo Bills in Week 9. Jones has been oddly inconsistent as of late despite being the clear No. 1 option in Jacksonville's passing game. Since D.J. Chark Jr.'s season-ending ankle injury occurred in Week 4, Jones has averaged just 10.1 PPR points per contest. Additionally, Jones' matchup this week could be problematic, as Buffalo has allowed the fewest fantasy points in the NFL to opposing wideouts in 2021. All in all, the veteran has a very strong target projection, so he's still startable in Week 9, even if his chances of having a big game are slim.
