3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Devin Funchess (undisclosed) was placed on the team's practice squad injured list Tuesday. He was added to the 49ers' practice squad last Tuesday. The Packers released the 27-year-old from Injured Reserve with an injury settlement during the offseason. He has appeared in one game since 2019 and was added by the 49ers for depth purposes. Funchess opted out of the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It's unclear at this time what's ailing Funchess and how much time he will miss. The former Carolina Panther is not on the fantasy radar even if he does get promoted to the active roster later in the season.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
