3 years agoCalgary Flames center Sean Monahan plays mostly a middle-six role with decent power-play time. On Friday, he rewarded patient fantasy owners with his third goal of the season. Monahan scored the third Calgary goal of the second period on Friday at 15:10. The center hit the net four times on the night with three scoring chances. This was all in a little over 16 minutes of ice time. He chipped in with an assist on the Blake Coleman goal earlier in the period. Monahan now has three goals and nine assists in 24 games.
