3 years agoCalgary Flames backup goaltender Daniel Vladar continued his solid play on Friday night as he won his fifth game of the season against the Anaheim Ducks. The goalie did have his shutout streak snapped at two games but stopped 31 of 34 shots. He stopped the shootout attempts of Trevor Zegras and Kevin Shattenkirk in the victory. What may be more impressive is simply the fact that Vladar has not lost in regulation. This is despite the fact that he has started every game on the road. The goaltender is a great backup option in the deepest of fantasy leagues.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
