Saquon Barkley Catches Six Passes In Loss To Miami
3 years agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley rushed for 55 yards on 11 carries while catching six of nine targets for 19 yards in Sunday's 20-9 loss to the Miami Dolphins. The Giants ran the ball 17 times, and Barkley registered 65% of the team's carries in Sunday's loss. The former No.2 overall pick has now caught at least six passes three times this season. Barkley is the Giants' best offensive weapon, but New York's offense continues to look sluggish this season. The 24-year-old has rushed for 315 yards and two touchdowns while catching 30 passes for 193 yards over eight games in 2021. Barkley is a mid-range RB2 against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 14.
