3 years agoVancouver Canucks left-winger Nils Hoglander scored twice on Friday night as the Canucks went on to win 4-3 in the shootout over the Winnipeg Jets. Hoglander's two goals came during the first period. His first tally at 6:29 was set up by Bo Horvat who worked well with the young left-winger all night long. The second goal came in the closing moments of the opening stanza when Bo Horvat found Hoglander open once again. Hoglander had five shots on goal and four scoring chances in what was his most active game in four weeks.
