3 years agoSeattle Kraken center Yanni Gourde will not play on Saturday night against the Columbus Blue Jackets. This comes just a few days after Mark Giordano returned after his bout with COVID. Gourde will be out at least for this game and maybe more. The center has been one of Seattle's best players all season with six goals and ten assists in 22 games. He plays in all situations including the penalty kill and power play. Gourde is averaging two shots a game and winning nearly 54% of his face-offs. Jared McCann may move over to his position temporarily on Saturday. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
