3 years agoVancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko stopped 34 of 36 shots in the 5-2 victory over the San Jose Sharks on Thursday. That gave Demko five straight wins and put him two games over .500. The goalie has allowed a mere seven goals on his last 169 shots. Demko was able to stop all four shots faced on special teams as well. The goalie has been on some run and the schedule is pretty kind over the next eight games aside from maybe that home game over the weekend versus the Toronto Maple Leafs.
