3 years agoPittsburgh Penguins defenseman Mike Matheson recorded the game-winning goal in Sunday's 3-2 victory over New Jersey, extending his point streak to three games. He played only 14 minutes in the game but had a busy night, adding three shots, one block, two hits and two penalty minutes to his line. Matheson also had a two-point game recently and he's averaging a point a night in his past five appearances. He's on 12 points overall for the season in 27 games played.
