3 years agoWashington Football Team quarterback Taylor Heinicke cleared COVID-19 protocols and will return to practice Thursday. He was inactive for Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles as he could not clear COVID-19 protocols. The 28-year-old will practice and is expected to be taken off the COVID list ahead of Sunday's contest against the Dallas Cowboys. He has been solid this season, throwing for 2,931 yards, 19 touchdowns, 12 interceptions while rushing for 297 yards and a score over 13 games. Heinicke is a low-end QB2 against the Cowboys for the fantasy playoffs after throwing for 122 yards and a score in his previous game against Dallas.
