3 years agoDallas Mavericks power forward Kristaps Porzingis (toe) has been ruled out for Thursday's contest against the Bucks due to a sore toe on his right foot. Porzingis will now have missed each of Dallas' past two games, with Sterling Brown likely to continue receiving a sizable minutes allotment in his absence. With Luka Doncic and Tim Hardaway Jr. (health and safety protocols) still down as well, Jalen Brunson and Dorian Finney-Smith are likely to see as much offensive usage as they can handle. Injuries have once again been a bugaboo for Porzingis, who has logged just 29.9 minutes per outing across his first 22 contests. His next chance to take the floor comes Christmas Day vs. Utah.--Jesse Borek
