A.J. Brown Scores, Pops Off For 145 Yards In Return
3 years agoTennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown (chest) caught 11-of-16 targets for 145 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's 20-17 win over the San Francisco 49ers. The 24-year-old returned to action Thursday after missing the last three games with a chest injury. Titans QB Ryan Tannehill connected with the wide receiver for an 18-yard score to put Tennessee ahead 17-10 in the fourth quarter. The former second-round pick led the team in targets, catches, and receiving yards by a wide margin as wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine was second in receiving with two catches for 38 yards in Thursday's win. Brown has caught 57 passes for 760 yards and four touchdowns over 11 games in 2021. He will look to build on Thursday's massive performance and is a borderline WR1 against the Miami Dolphins in Week 17.
