3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Laquon Treadwell is a solid WR4 play against the Jets in Week 16. Treadwell has surprisingly come on strong to average seven targets, 4.5 catches, and 60 yards per game in Weeks 12-15 while operating as a full-time outside receiver for Jacksonville, and he has a good chance to build on that this week. While the Jets appear to be an imposing wideout matchup on paper (seventh-fewest PPR points allowed), the data is skewed due to a lack of passing volume against them as the result of blowout losses. Also in Treadwell's favor is the absence of Laviska Shenault Jr. (Covid list) that should result in more targets going his way. All in all, the former first-round bust has carved out a legitimate role, and he can be trusted as a WR4 in deeper formats this week.--Casey Kamholz
