Mike Glennon Throws TD And Pick-Six In Relief
3 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Mike Glennon completed 17-of-27 passes for 93 yards with a touchdown and an interception in relief during Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He also rushed twice for 11 yards. The 32-year-old entered the game for Jake Fromm to kickstart the Giants offense with eight minutes remaining in the third quarter. In the fourth quarter, Eagles linebacker Alex Singleton intercepted Glennon and took it to the house to give Philadelphia a 34-3 lead. Glennon led the Giants offense to its only touchdown by connecting with tight end Evan Engram for a nine-yard score late in the fourth quarter. New York hasn't announced who the team's starting quarterback will be against the Chicago Bears in Week 17. Still, it's a situation fantasy managers should avoid altogether regardless of which quarterback draws the start.
