Tre'Quan Smith Sustains Chest Injury In Monday's Loss
3 years agoNew Orleans wide receiver Tre'Quan Smith (chest) sustained a chest injury in Monday's 20-3 loss to the Miami Dolphins. He exited to the locker room in the first half and wasn't targeted before leaving Monday's game. The 25-year-old is considered day-to-day. Smith has caught 27 passes for 301 yards and two touchdowns over 10 games in 2021. Unless quarterbacks Taysom Hill and Trevor Siemian are activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list before Week 17, the Saints passing game is one fantasy managers can avoid with Ian Book under center. Marquez Callaway and Lil' Jordan Humphrey will be the Saints' top two wideouts if Smith misses any time.
