3 years agoMiami Heat point guard Gabe Vincent and power forward P.J. Tucker have both been placed in the league's COVID-19 health and safety protocols, ruling them out indefinitely. Miami was originally scheduled to play San Antonio on Wednesday, but they were unable to have eight players active, forcing a postponement. Vincent has been one of the league's breakout performers during December, enjoying a nine-game stretch among the starting five where he has averaged 14.3 points and 4.7 assists on a nightly basis. Tucker has not played since Dec. 19 due to a leg injury, and he now has multiple hurdles to clear before he can return to action.--Jesse Borek
