Noah Fant - Week 17 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Noah Fant has become more of a TE2 for fantasy managers down the stretch in Denver's low-scoring offense, especially with quarterback Drew Lock set to make his second start in place of the injured Teddy Bridgewater (concussion). However, Fant could have some streaming appeal at his position in Week 17 against the Los Angeles Chargers, a defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to tight ends per game this season. In his first meeting with the Bolts in Week 12, Fant disappointed with just three catches for 12 yards. But he's seen at least four targets in all but one game in 2021 and could have a bigger role if wideout Tim Patrick doesn't clear COVID protocols. Fant isn't a must-start by any means in the Broncos offense with Lock at the helm, but there is reason to expect a better performance out of him than his last time out against the Chargers.
