James O'Shaughnessy Won't Play Against Patriots
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars tight end James O'Shaughnessy (hip) didn't practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 17 against the New England Patriots. The Jaguars tight end depth will really be tested this week, as Dan Arnold, Chris Manhertz and Jacob Hollister are all on the COVID-19 list. The good news is that the Jags got Luke Farrell back from the list on Friday. Farrell and Kahale Warring are the only tight ends on the team's active roster right now. Farrell should serve as the team's starter if none of the other guys come off the COVID list, but he should be avoided in fantasy against a Patriots defense that has been stingy against the position this year. Farrell has six catches on nine targets for 49 yards and no touchdowns in 13 games in 2021.
