3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back James Conner (heel) returned to a limited practice on Friday and is questionable to play in Week 17 against the Dallas Cowboys. Conner missed the first two practice days this week, but his limited showing on Friday at least gives him a chance to suit up on Sunday. The 26-year-old missed his first game of the season in last week's loss to the Indianapolis Colts, and he'll at least be sharing backfield touches with Chase Edmonds if he gets the green light to return against Dallas. And the Cowboys defense has been strong against the run in 2021, so Conner will be more of a low-end RB2 for fantasy managers in championship matchups if he plays. His presence would also be a downgrade for Edmonds, as Conner has found the end zone a whopping 16 times this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
