Carson Wentz Activated From Reserve/COVID-19 List

He will start Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders despite missing practice all week. The 29-year-old will need to clear more hurdles Sunday morning but is expected to be all systems go for Week 17. The former No.2 overall pick has thrown for 3,230 yards, 25 touchdowns, and six interceptions while rushing for 188 yards and a score over 15 games in 2021. Wentz is mid-range QB2 against a Raiders defense that ranks 25th in pass DVOA. Fantasy managers should check back Sunday morning to ensure Wentz is officially active before inserting him into their starting lineups.
