Evan Engram - Week 17 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram is expected to have an expanded role in Sunday's matchup against the Chicago Bears. The team is decimated with injuries/COVID at the wide receiver position. The Giants are down to Golladay and players from the practice squad. New York has lost Sterling Shepard (knee), Darius Slayton (COVID-19), Kadarius Toney (shoulder), and John Ross (knee) recently. He's caught at least four passes in three of his last four games. The 27-year-old and wide receiver Kenny Golladay will be the top targets for an anemic Giants offense led by quarterback duo Jake Fromm and Mike Glennon. Engram is a mid-range TE2 and a fringe starting option for the fantasy championships in Week 17.
