3 years agoDenver Broncos running backs Javonte Williams (knee) and Melvin Gordon III (hip, thumb) are both active for the Week 17 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. Both running backs were fully expected to play all week long and were never really in danger of sitting out this weekend. The Broncos have leaned on their strong running game all season long, and that's not expected to change on Sunday, especially with Denver missing two of their starting receivers due to COVID-19. Expect Williams and Gordon to continue splitting the workload down the middle. Williams is the more attractive RB2 upside play for fantasy managers, but Gordon also has low-end RB2 appeal because of his nose for the end zone this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
