Aaron Rodgers Has Another Strong Outing In Win Over Vikings
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (toe) completed 29-of-38 pass attempts for 288 yards and two touchdowns while rushing two times for eight more yards in Sunday's 37-10 win over the Minnesota Vikings. He threw a 20-yard touchdown strike to Allen Lazard to give the Packers a 13-0 lead. The future Hall of Famer later his star wide receiver for an 11-yard score with a minute remaining in the first half. Rodgers has been on an incredible run, throwing for 18 touchdowns and no interceptions over his last six games. Green Bay has nothing to play for and could rest Rodgers against the Detroit Lions in Week 18. If active, Rodgers is a must-start against a woeful Lions defense for the regular-season finale.
