3 years agoThere is a real sense of expectation for the return of Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller (back, knee) in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday night. Waller has been out since getting injured on Thanksgiving, and he was also put on the COVID-19 list last week. But it sounds as though he's expected to clear the COVID protocols and play in a must-win game for the Raiders. Given that Waller has been out since Week 12, it won't be realistic to expect him to play a normal number of offensive snaps, making him a risky fantasy tight end in the regular season finale. Foster Moreau has had a few decent games with Waller out, but he had a dud in the Week 17 win over the Indianapolis Colts, catching his only target for nine yards.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
