Dalton Risner Won't Play In Week 18
3 years agoDenver Broncos left guard Dalton Risner (elbow), who won't play in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday due to an elbow injury, suffered a partial UCL tear, according to a source. Risner won't need surgery and will be fully recovered in three to four weeks. The 26-year-old was injured early after only four offensive snaps in the Week 17 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers and will not be available to close out Denver's season. With Risner injured on Sunday, second-year offensive lineman Netane Muti entered the game in his place and played 56 total snaps. Muti will likely start on Saturday against the Chiefs.
