3 years agoSacramento Kings power forward Chimezie Metu has been placed in the league's health and safety protocols, ruling him out indefinitely, beginning with Tuesday's game against the Lakers. Metu's role has fluctuated this season, but he enjoyed a solid December with 9.8 points and 6.2 rebounds averaged on a nightly basis. His primary appeal is in the DFS market when among the starting five, while his absence opens the door for Marvin Bagley III to see a more consistent role in the frontcourt.--Jesse Borek
