Davante Adams Doesn't Expect To Play Full Game In Week 18
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams said he doesn't expect to play the entire game on Sunday against the Detroit Lions in the Week 18 regular season finale. Adams said he'd be fine sitting the game or playing the full game if he's asked to do so. The Packers have already locked up the No. 1 seed in the NFC and will have a first-round bye, so they figure to rest most of their starters on Sunday in a meaningless game. If Adams does start the game against Detroit, he might only play a series or two with the rest of the starters before being pulled. And there's no guarantee that quarterback Aaron Rodgers (toe) will play at all, despite reports that he wants to. Any starting offensive skill player for the Packers will be extremely risky in fantasy lineups.
