3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver James Washington was added to the team's Reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday, ruling him out for Sunday's regular-season finale vs. the Ravens. The protocols have thrown the Steelers' offensive gameplan into a bit of a tizzy during the week as Diontae Johnson similarly hit the list, only to be removed ahead of the Week 18 matchup. Along with Johnson, Chase Claypool and Ray-Ray McCloud should see an elevated role in the passing game without Washington in the mix. Washington wraps up his fourth professional season with 24 catches for 285 yards and two touchdowns; he remains a lightly used option in Pittsburgh's passing game, holding limited appeal despite his usual weekly availability.--Jesse Borek
