LaMarcus Aldridge Will Miss Second Straight Outing
3 years agoBrooklyn Nets center LaMarcus Aldridge (foot) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Portland, his second consecutive contest missed vs. a franchise he once suited up for. Aldridge has combined to play just 25 minutes over Brooklyn's last five outings, with Nicolas Claxton having seized starting duties. Dayron Sharpe was a strong contributor off the bench Sunday, with Blake Griffin also a candidate to snag additional minutes, although neither leaps off the page as a DFS candidate. When healthy, Aldridge has shot the ball at a career-best 56.5 percent clip this season while averaging 13.3 points and 5.6 boards per game.
