Nerlens Noel Remains Unavailable For Tuesday’s Game
3 years agoNew York Knicks center Nerlens Noel (knee) has been ruled out for Tuesday's contest vs. Minnesota as he continues to battle a sore left knee. Noel returned to play in just one game before being sidelined again, having logged just 21 minutes of action since Dec. 21. Mitchell Robinson should continue to see the lion's share of run at the center spot with Taj Gibson in line for a slight increase in role off the bench. A solid contributor of blocked shots when healthy, Noel's availability (18 games played) has been a detriment to his season-long viability this season. His next chance to return comes Thursday against the Pelicans.
