Clint Capela, Bogdan Bogdanovic Out For Wednesday’s Game
3 years agoAtlanta Hawks center Clint Capela (ankle) and point/shooting guard Bogdan Bogdanovic (knee) have been ruled inactive ahead of Wednesday's contest vs. Minnesota. Capela continues to battle a sprained left ankle, which has now cost him six consecutive games. Bogdanovic has seen his year sidetracked by myriad injuries, the latest of which has been a sore right knee. Onyeka Okongwu has played a sizable frontcourt role in Capela's absence, a role that he stands to reprise so long as the veteran big man is sidelined. On the wing, De'Andre Hunter and Kevin Huerter will likely have more minutes and shot attempts funneled in their direction. The next chance for Capela or Bogdanovic to suit up comes Friday against the Heat.
