3 years agoBilly Horschel comes into the Farmers Insurance Open a perfect three-for-three this season on cuts, with a best finish of T23 at the Sentry Tournament of Champions. In his career, Horschel has been a huge boom-or-bust player at Torrey Pines. In 2016 and 2019, Horschel finished T8 in both events. However, in 2017, 2018, and 2020, Horschel finished outside the top-50 after making the cut. Last season, Horschel missed the cut all together. Horschel will have a more than fair DFS price this week but predicting his finish at Torrey Pines has been anything but easy in his career. --Kasey Kuhrts - RotoBaller
