3 years agoDetroit Tigers third baseman Spencer Torkelson (ankle) is reportedly close to being fully recovered from the ankle injury that cut short his Arizona Fall League season. He is still rehabbing from an ankle injury he suffered in October of last year but is close to 100%. "I'm trying to get back to 100%," said Torkelson. "It's pretty much there, but it's just a matter of playing again." The Tigers top prospect slashed .238/.350/.531 with 11 home runs, 27 RBI, 35 runs scored and a stolen base over 40 games in Triple-A.
