3 years agoWashington Wizards point guard Aaron Holiday has reportedly been acquired by the Phoenix Suns just prior to the trade deadline on Thursday. Holiday is another former member of the Wizards to be dealt, with the team taking on a vastly new look for the remainder of the year. The 25-year-old averaged 6.1 points across 16.2 minutes per outing in 41 games (14 starts) during his lone season in Washington, although his role is likely to remain relatively static in a crowded Phoenix backcourt. Holiday is set to hit restricted free agency this summer, making him a commodity likely to be valued solely in multi-year, season-long formats.--Jesse Borek
