3 years agoHouston Rockets small forward Eric Gordon (heel) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against Toronto due to a sore left heel. There was much speculation around Gordon's status leading into the Trade Deadline, but it appears that he will remain with the Rockets for the time being. Enjoying something of a career renaissance this season, Gordon has shot 42.7 percent from behind the arc en route to averaging 14.2 PPG. Overall, his 49.2% shooting percentage this season is on pace to be a career best. With him out of the mix, Garrison Mathews and Josh Christopher are intriguing DFS assets. Gordon's next chance to suit up comes Monday vs. the Jazz.--Jesse Borek
