Tyler Higbee Remains Unavailable During Thursday’s Practice
3 years agoLos Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (knee) was unable to suit up for Thursday's practice session, further elevating concern that he may not return in time for Sunday's Super Bowl LVI. Higbee departed the NFL Championship Game early due to the knee ailment and has been sidelined since, paving the way for Kendall Blanton to serve as the team's primary tight end. Higbee has developed a solid rapport with Matthew Stafford, having hauled in multiple receptions in each of his past seven outings. At this stage, even if Higbee is able to play vs. Cincinnati, he would likely be limited in some capacity, complicating his DFS status. Fantasy managers will want to stay abreast of Higbee's practice output over the coming days as Blanton's DFS appeal would skyrocket if Higbee is ultimately held out.
