3 years agoChicago Bulls shooting guard Zach LaVine (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Thunder due to knee soreness. LaVine has now missed eight outings in the past month due to various ailments, although he has averaged 23.1 points, 5.8 assists, and 5.2 boards when cleared to play in that span. His absence will pave the way for DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic to take on larger offensive duties, while Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu should see elevated playmaking opportunities. LaVine's next chance to suit up comes Monday vs. San Antonio, whom he dropped 30 points against back on Jan. 28.--Jesse Borek
