3 years agoLos Angeles Lakers small forward/center LeBron James compiled 26 points, 12 rebounds, and five assists across 38 minutes in Tuesday's loss to the Mavericks, the sixth in the last seven games for L.A. James has led his team in scoring in eight consecutive contests, continuing a resurgent scoring campaign that has seen him average his highest PPG total (28.9) since 2009-10. James and others around the Lakers have preached a positive tone for the stretch run of the year, which should include ample opportunities for the 18-time All-Star to continue packing the stat sheet. Without Anthony Davis (ankle) available and Russell Westbrook stuck in an offensive malaise, James will have one of the highest fantasy ceilings on a nightly basis over the regular season's final six weeks.--Jesse Borek
