3 years agoSan Jose Sharks goaltender Zach Sawchenko is in line to make his first career start on Sunday against Anaheim. The 24-year-old has previously made four relief appearances this season, including on Saturday when he gave up two goals on eight shots in an 8-0 blowout loss to Nashville. He's saved 46 of 51 shots overall so far, compiling a 3.29 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage for the season. It's a special night for Sawchenko, but he'll be playing behind a team that's dropped 12 of the last 15 games and it will be very tough for him to mark his first start with a victory.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
