Arian Foster Ready to Break Out Against the Jaguars

After finishing with just 18 yards in his first game back in Week 4, Arian Foster rebounded for 118 total yards against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 5. Foster struggled to get things going on the ground, but he did some serious damage in the passing game by finishing with 77 receiving yards. Now, Foster and the Texans will face the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, which means he should easily eclipse the double-digit point mark.

The Jaguars are allowing 112 rushing yards per game so far, and they've also allowed 6 rushing touchdowns which is tied for 29th in the NFL. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers scored three rushing touchdowns against the Jags last week, so look for the Texans to exploit that weakness. Jacksonville is also allowing more than 60 yards per game through the air to opposing running backs, so Foster could find success through the air as well as on the ground.

As Foster continues to see more action, his numbers and his workload are expected to increase. With a juicy matchup against a Jaguars team that was shredded on the ground a week ago, it wouldn't be surprising to see Foster have his best game of the year. In two games against the Jaguars last season, Foster finished with 181 yards and 2 touchdowns.
