Eric Decker Finally 100%, Primed For Big Game Sunday

New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker is listed as probable for Sunday’s game vs. the Washington Redskins. Decker has been suffering with a knee injury for the last month causing fantasy owners to fret about inserting him into lineups every week. Following a Week 5 bye, Decker appears to be completely healthy and has been participating in full practices again.

This is great news for Jets fans avoiding walking under ladders or crossing black cats in fear of more bad luck striking the ill-fated franchise. Decker is a must start in fantasy and a great play in daily fantasy this week. The Redskins defense has been extremely underrated but is most dominant against the run rather than stopping the pass.

For New York to win this game, they will have to defeat Washington with their passing game. Decker and Brandon Marshall are the only receiving threats on the offense. The Jets don’t have a respectable tight end and running back Chris Ivory averages 0.5 catches per game in his career. Ryan Fitzpatrick will need to throw about thirty times and that gives Decker enough targets to make an impact. Decker has also scored a touchdown in every game he’s played in this season and has a very good chance to continue the streak.
