Jarvis Landry and Rishard Matthews in, Darrelle Revis out, Michael Floyd expected to play, Nick Foles in for Case Keenum

According to Ian Rapaport, the Miami Dolphins will have both Rishard Matthews (ill) and Jarvis Landry (knee) in the lineup today. They will be facing a Jets secondary that will be without Darrelle Revis (concussion). This is a boost for quarterback Ryan Tannehill who becomes an intriguing streaming option. Both Landry and Matthews are solid starting options against a Jets defense that has surrendered the sixth-most fantasy points to wide receivers even with Revis in the lineup. The Jets have been stout against the run, allowing the third-fewest fantasy points to running backs, so I think Miami will rely heavily on the pass, which makes Lamar Miller a less-attractive starting option.

Ian Rapaport has also reported that Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd will return to the lineup after missing last week with a hamstring injury. Floyd had been playing well prior to the injury with 14.90 or more PPR points in each of his last four games, including a 30.30 PPR point performance in his last game. With Floyd playing, it is a bump up in projections for quarterback Carson Palmer and a bump down for John Brown. It also takes away any fantasy value from J.J. Nelson and Jaron Brown. I expect Larry Fitzgarld's production to be relatively unaffected by whether or not the other receivers are playing.

Last week the St. Louis Rams benched Nick Foles in favor of Case Keenum. Keenum suffered a concussion in his first start and according to Adam Schefter Foles will return to the starting role for the Rams against the Cincinnati Bengals. Before being benched, Foles had only eclipsed 16 fantasy points once this season, so he is not a starting option outside of deep two-quarterback leagues. With Foles in the lineup, the Bengals defense is the top defensive play of the week and rookie running back Todd Gurley is the only Rams players who you should be starting in fantasy today.
