BALLER MOVE: Target Around 90 Overall
CURRENT ADP: 121
ANALYSIS: I might die alone in Markelle Fultz's hill, but I see much more than a "late-round flier" in Fultz entering 2021. We all know this guy's story, and it is nothing pretty. But he's flipping it by taking giant steps toward much more palatable levels of play. Just this past season, Fultz averaged a 12-3-5 line (with 1.3 spg and only 2.0 turnovers per game) that while wasn't a league-winning one, also came on a small 27.7 mpg of playing time.
Even playing fewer than 28 minutes, the fact that Fultz proved to be highly durable (72 games played) helped the youngin' to finish as the 66th-best fantasy player in total FP. His average of 26.1 was nothing to call home about, but he was kind of efficient and he should at least replicate his numbers in a Magic squad that hasn't changed almost at all this offseason.
Orlando drafted another PG/SG in Cole Anthony, but he's still a walking question mark so Fultz should retain his no.1 PG role going forward over the rook and Michael Carter-Williams. Fultz, whose shooting has been much maligned, was one of only 23 guard-eligible players to hit 46+ percent of his field-goal attempts while shooting 10+ fga per game. His three-point shooting is horrific, but of those 23 players only 14--including Fultz--were able to pair their shooting numbers with 5+ assists per game. Don't overdraft Fultz, but don't let him slip further than the seventh/eighth round either unless you want to get snipped.

Fantasy Basketball Deeper-League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 24: Isaac Okoro, Kris Dunn, Josh Richardson, Corey Kispert, Delon Wright
The deeper a fantasy basketball league, the harder it is to hit a winner with your last few picks. It is also harder to find decent help from the waiver wire if your late-round picks don't do you justice. If you picked up a few stinkers, don't lose hope just yet. I will try to […]
Onyeka Okongwu (SF/PF, ATL): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 16% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East but are also tied for 8th and 9th with Brooklyn and Charlotte respectively. There's even a chance (albeit small) that Atlanta could rise as high as to reach the 7th seed if […]
Immanuel Quickley (PG, NYK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 48% of leagues ANALYSIS: If we use common basketball sense, then the New York Knicks and Coach Thibs should try and see what the young guys such as Immanuel Quickley have in them and what they can provide the franchise with ROS, as the NYK are […]
Deni Avdija (SG/SF, WAS): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 37% of leagues ANALYSIS: One would reasonably think that a player seeing a playing-time boost such as that of Deni Avdija's this month would make said player drop his efficiency numbers. Well, not the case for the Wiz Wing by the looks of it. Avdija has […]
Nicolas Claxton (PF/C, BRK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Nets can finally rest assured they'll make the play-in portion of the season. Not quite what you expected when the season got rolling back in October, but at least more than what the Lakers would have accomplished a week from now. […]
