Aaron Rodgers Throws Four TDs With Painful Toe Injury
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers completed 23-of-33 pass attempts for 385 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 34-31 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. He battled a painful toe injury throughout the game but managed to play through the issue and threw four touchdowns in the Week 11 loss. It was his second fourth touchdown game of the season. The Packers have a bye in Week 13; Rodgers will have to tough out it one more game before having extra time to recover fully from his toe injury. This season, the 37-year-old has been terrific, throwing for 2,571 yards and a 21:4 TD: INT ratio while rushing for 76 yards and two scores over 10 games in 2021. Rodgers will look to build on Sunday's performance in a tough matchup against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12.
