Adrian Peterson Won’t Play Against Houston
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Adrian Peterson (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans. According to head coach Pete Carroll, Peterson has been dealing with a back injury and won't be elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game. His next chance to return will be Week 15 against the Los Angeles Rams. Alex Collins, Rashaad Penny, and DeeJay Dallas will lead Seattle's backfield against the Texans. Penny is expected to be a big part of the offensive game plan, per Carroll. Fantasy managers searching for a streamer in deep-leagues can use Penny against a Texans defense that allows the fourth-most fantasy points to running backs this season.
