Andre Drummond Racks Up Season-High Six Blocks
6 years agoDetroit Pistons center Andre Drummond was his usual consistent self during Wednesday’s loss to the Charlotte Hornets, totaling 14 points and 13 rebounds, but also posting a season-high six blocks. Just five of his 26 games this season have not resulted in a double-double, which makes Drummond an elite fantasy asset even if continues to struggle from the line (50.4 percent) and has seen his assists per game nearly disappear to 1.2 in 2018-19 (from 3.0 in 2017-18). At a league-high 15.4 rebounds per game, Drummond is looking to become the back-to-back rebounding champ, which makes him a must own just about any night, even when facing a stingy Boston defense that held him to one of his non-double-double performances earlier this year.
